  1. Third-Party Hosting Services: Our hosting solutions are powered by BigRock. Therefore, refund policies for hosting services are subject to BigRock's terms and conditions.
  2. Refund from Vectorz Interactive: If you have purchased hosting services through Vectorz Interactive, and you are eligible for a refund based on BigRock's policies, we will facilitate the refund process on your behalf.
